I solved the mystery license plate - it was my brother - little sneaker =).  What a cutie!  I have to give a big shout out to my family for being so supportive of all my crazy cycling ambition.  Without them and my supportive friends, it would be a lonely road.  I appreciate the little things they do - like nailing an old crusty Wisconsin plates to my door.

Music by Brandi Carlile - word.  I need to see her in concert - that would rock.

A Few of my Favorite Things: Coffee

And it can't just be any coffee. Either French Press or cafe made from a Bialetti dressed with steamy foam and stevia. Normally, there aren't big bubbles like that on the foam. I couldn't help but wonder if perhaps there was some soap in the cup. Oh well - hopefully not for my sake. Already got food poisoning once this week and almost died! Geez...
